Confidence

66%

The trend shows a rapid rise from ~61 on July 24 to a near-peak of ~97.7 on July 31, followed by a slight dip and then stabilization in the 94-96 range through August 7. This plateau behavior suggests the trend is at or very near its peak, likely driven by a film release or major promotional event around July 31. The sustained high scores without further significant growth indicate peak saturation rather than continued ascent.

Can you recommend me French movies, TV shows, and places where I can find movie discussions in the French language? I need to improve my French expeditiously, but I don't even know where to start with French films. I'm notoriously bad with just scrolling through media and picking one I want to watch, I usually find the things I wanna watch by reading online discussion. The thing is. French language media is massive. I have no idea where to start, or what will interest me. Could someone help me find media in French that aligns with my tastes? My favorite director is Martin McDonagh. I love all of his films,

If you haven't seen it "Lovely Molly" just showed up on Tubi. Movie is a total MIND WARP flick , not like triangle or some others but dam Eduardo Sanchez really threw a confusing, bizarre, whacked out of it's mind flick for us to enjoy. I watched it twice when it was a new release and I still was like holy heck this movie is just nuts. Gotta give Gretchen Lodge credit for such a difficult role. I'm still not entirely sure what the living hell is really going on in this dam movie but for those that haven't seen it I don't want to throw out any spoiler

Rewatching Exorcist (1973), and it’s so good Needed something familiar to relax tonight. Decided on The Exorcist. I’m a sucker for demonic possession and churchsploitation (is there such a genre?), and even at over 50 years old it’s still a banger. The premise is as simple as it needs to be. A child is possessed by a daemon. There’s no logic in that. Sure, there’s Ouija board in a single scene, subtly put inside everyday life of a movie actress and her 12 yo daughter. There might be some relation, but if that scene wouldn’t be there, not

Current hidden gems on Tubi? Tubi seems to have an overabundance of horror movies... but most of them look terrible. However, I often find fantastic horror movies hidden in the weeds. Can anyone recommend one or two that are currently streaming on Tubi for a weekend watch?

Rewatching Mallrats (1995) extended cut I loved Mallrats growing up and decided late tonight to watch it again for the first time in I have no idea how long, and well the stream I found has an added scene at the start that was most definitely wasn't in my old copy. It has TS meet Brandy on a roof and they accidently shoot a blank round at the governor and then shows them break up. I had to pause and look into it and after some research turns out there's an extended cut that's almost 30 minutes longer and almost all of the scenes were

'My Old Ass' is such a lovely little movie. Randomly put this on last night and I've been thinking about it all morning. Everything about it just worked for me. It was sweet and funny, but also really sentimental and, despite the fantastical core element of Elliott and her older self meeting, super real? If that makes sense? I felt like I understood, at every junction, *why* characters did what they did. And because of that, I believed it. This is largely owed to the dialogue; it was SO refreshing watching a movie where characters talk
